For this Policy, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer/user on any of Tailbuds Sales Platforms. The term “Tailbuds“, “Tailbuds Sales Platforms“, “Platform“, “We “, “Us “, “Our” shall mean Tailbuds Pvt Ltd, all its brands like Tailbuds, and any of its associated sales platform under the control of Tailbuds Pvt Ltd.  Items/Platforms that are part of Tailbuds Sales Platforms are listed on Tailbuds Sales Platforms Page.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout with the shipping costs of each option.

Order Processing Time

All orders will need about 2-4 working days to be processed, although we expect it to be faster than that. Once processed, your order will be dispatched, and e-mail communication for the same will be sent. Once the products are dispatched, all options to cancel will cease to exist. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once your order has been processed and ready for dispatch. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tentative estimated delivery date and time will be provided to you during the ordering process, but it is not final. The updated estimate date of delivery will be provided again in the order dispatch e-mail. We will inform you if there seem to be any further delays during shipping on e-mail.

As much as we keep up with our promises and follow-through, some times, the order might not reach you on the promised date or might not reach you at all due to factors beyond our control. In some cases, we might not be able to communicate the issues or delays with the order. You acknowledge that by buying from Tailbuds Sales Platforms, we (Tailbuds or Tailbuds Partners’) are not liable in any way for either not communicating the issues with orders or delays in orders.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website. These fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
